The Well Woman Project is a 3 month programme designed to turn your frustration and fatigue into your healthiest life. This will consist of our 1 hour weekly online private coaching sessions. A total of 12 sessions over the 3 months.
Each Session I will guide you through a new module that dives into a different aspect of health and wellness. Each programme will be tailored to the individual.
I will provide you with all the tools and strategies you need to become the healthiest version of yourself and I'll be right by your side guiding you every step of the way. You will have lifetime access to all course materials.
